I approach therapy as both an art and a science. Guided by solid empirical evidence and ongoing learning, I tailor a therapeutic process that fosters careful reflection—as well as imagination, experimentation, and creative problem-solving. My background in theatre and the creative community gives me a deep respect for process, vulnerability, and the magic that happens when we truly show up for ourselves and others. While the work can be deep, I also believe in joy, growth, and possibility. We’ll work with whatever helps you access what’s been stuck or unsaid. I’m trauma-informed and have training as an ADHD-CSP and a nutrition coach.
I work from a cognitive-behavioural foundation and draw from positive psychology, solution-focused brief therapy, and attachment-based therapy to help you understand the roots of your symptoms, build skills, shift patterns, and ultimately move forward. Alongside, I integrate experiential techniques such as psychodrama, expressive arts, and narrative work.
Whether you’re navigating trauma, burnout, life transitions, or questions of purpose, I aim to create a space where you feel both seen and supported. My hope is that – even in the face of challenge – therapy helps you reclaim your voice, rediscover your creativity, and craft a life that feels true to you.
