Hailing from Pakistan, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and adaptation when I relocated to Montreal, Canada, to pursue my undergraduate studies at McGill University. I had the privilege of completing a bachelor’s degree in finance at McGill University. However, driven by a passion to assist individuals in fostering meaningful transformations, I seized the opportunity to further deepen my understanding of human behavior and psychology. I completed a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University, where I honed my skills in providing compassionate, evidence-based therapeutic support.
Throughout my diverse professional journey spanning over a decade, I have experience working in the logistics, human resources, and mental health sectors, serving culturally diverse clients and employees across Karachi, Toronto, Montreal and Chicago. These experiences have equipped me with a profound appreciation for the complexities of the human experience and the importance of cultural sensitivity in fostering genuine connections and holistic healing.
